Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello,

My original account is DMC101. I have renewed my subscription however I cannot recover my password. I go through the password recovery page but emails never get to me on either of my email addresses (tried this one as well).

Could someone please email me my password or reset it so I can begin to use my account again?

I used the "contact us" form but have not received a response.

I paid using Paypal.
