As mentioned above SR:TT got a ~92MB Update and since then the trainer doesn't work anymore. You still can press F1 at Main Menu to hear "Trainer acticated" but when the game loads it crashes to the desktop. As i've got no clue about coding or something i resist from throwing any speculations around and just wait for the pro's

Your point exactly, with these bone heads keep updating the game every other day...no wonder the trainer doesn't work
I managed to hack bonus time for Trailblazing successfully. It's stored in milliseconds based on the number of bonus seconds accrued in the top left corner and *is* editable with Cheat Engine. The addresses I found are in the range 06B1XXXX.
