Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim Message Board  

I'm using Tnors save game, I wanted to get the best of everything before I even start playing so when things get hard I can equip kill it unequip move on.

Only thing is once I get to riverwood I try to use the grinder it says "You lack the required perk to upgrade magical items"

Tnors save as all skills at 100, with player at level 1, with suppose all perks unlocked.

I used additem for the ebony ignots so I do have them but I cannot upgrade the items.

Anyway to fix this?

Open the console "~" and type in player.addperk 0005218E. It is the Arcane Blacksmith, i.e. upgrade enchanted items perk.

Also, certain items, can not be upgraded, even though it shows an upgraded value when you choose the item for upgrading.

Thank you so much, helped a lot I got my weapon damage to 900+ and legendary armor.

Is there a guide or list of perk ids so I can add them at my own free will instead of always asking for help?
