From what I understand while you are driving yuor partner can shoot out the tires of a fleeing suspect that you chasing. I checked the manual and the control settings in the game and I have no idea how to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

They do it automatically, but only once I got to the Homocide desk. Once on the traffic desk.

You just have to get close to the suspects driver side, so your partner can shoot the tires. He wont shoot if you are behind, or to the right of it.
