There is just a few problems with Spawning them.. Everytime i try to take anyhting Enchanted ei: Enchanted weapons or enchanted Armour. the game will crash. and WHY... is it that if i goto coc qasmoke or spawn with the placeme that whatever items-(Weapons!) i do take there Damage is CRAP!! like 1hand sword Chilrend should do around 640damage. says 30! 30...damage! what a load of kak. and armour just has NO armour. says Armour = 0. even the crappy wepons that drop in game from baddies are better than anything i can get with console.

It is not a problem with the game, it is because you overdid it with your stats.
I am using a daedric sword, enchanted, 100 one handed weapon skill, enchanted with 100 enchanting and improved with smithing with 100 smithing and several items that give +40% one handed damage. Which is roughly the best possible ingame - without silly stats. It will kill most monsters in 1-2 hits and is severly overpowered. Giving me around 150 damage and +40 fire & frost damage (youc an put 2 enchants on a weapon.
But without enchants/smithing the damage is like 27.
Anyone still looking to add perk points easily, I found this, thought I'd share. It works like a charm.
This is the quick and EASY way to add perk points! : Step 1: (Press ~) then type: player.setlevel 01 (hit enter) Step 2: (in the ~ window) type: player.setav sneak 01 (hit enter) Step 3: (still in the ~ window) type:advskill sneak 999999 (hit enter) Now hit ~ to leave the command window. NOW go to the perk spending menu and look at all the perk points - YAY! When you spend up all your new perk points, simply repeat steps 1-3 for more. When you've bought up every perk, go to ~ window and type: player.setav [name of skill] 100 (hit enter) Do this for each skill - this way each skill is at the full 100 meaning that you should be able to have properly purchased each perk and you can be using all perks without the game being weird about it.
Is there a console command to force start the Headless Horsemen quest? I've ran into him, and he's not moving. Hell he's sitting on an invisible horse... invisible, not spectral. And not even cloaked invisible, it's just not there yet he's sitting in mid air.
