Thanks to turtle100 I was able to create a neclace that increases destruction spelldmg. Since there is no enchant that does this, I enchanted the necklace with an alchemy effect!
playerEnchantObject 877d5 3eb26
This will create a necklace that increases destruction spelldmg by a certain % based on how high your enchanting skill is, even if its above 100!. you can also follow turtle100's guide on page 42 of this thread if you don't want to increase enchanting using the player.setav enchanting command.

As far as I know my guide is the only way to really get effective stats over 100. It's when you wear something that increases something by a %, the stat shows as green.
I've also made a necklace that increases smithing by 500%, it lets you improve weaps by a lot.
Usually there are 3 magic effects when you search in the console, it will show:
One will increase smithing by skill points, one will increase it by a % for 0 seconds, but the one that you want will just simply say increase by a %. You have to test them to find the right one.
I don't know why,but i cann't use the command "player.setcrimegold 0"...nothing happens...i'm still with same bounty....any idea?
Spawn Free gold and pay it?

I asked this question in this thread some pages back, but out of concern that it might be overlooked in the shuffle of the hundreds of posts or I wasn't clear enough I will re-ask it. Is there a way to scroll the command console window? Even if not, even a simple answer of 'no' would be appreciated.
