Aside from being Uber, none that I've seen.

Chance to decapitate (eg two-handed perk etc)
set DecapitationChance to value_here

e.g. to set it to 60% chance:
set DecapitationChance to 60

Chance for the random finishing moves:
set KillMoveRandom to value_here

e.g. to set it to 75%
set KillMoveRandom to 75

Type this in the console exactly:

PlayerEnchantObject 000877D5 0003EB29

This will give you a gold necklace that will improve your enchantment power by some %. Your character needs to have some enchanting skill to do this.

Now put on this gold necklace, and then type the same thing into the console again:

PlayerEnchantObject 000877D5 0003EB29

This will give you another gold necklace, but it will have a stronger enchanting boost than the first because you created it while wearing the first necklace.

Just repeat this over and over and the enchanting boost will increase. You can also now use PlayerEnchantObject on different items. Make sure that you are wearing a neckalce with the boost enchant effect.

The Parameters are like this.

PlayerEnhantObject XXXXXXXX YYYYYYYY ZZZZZZZZ

The Xs are the code for the Object (item), the Ys are the first Magic Effect to apply, and the Zs are the optional 2nd Magic Effect, which can be the same as the Ys if you want. Every item can have 2 Magic Effects.

You can find various items and magic effect codes, by typing

help itemname 4, and for the magic effect: help effectname 0

Replace the word in italics with some word in the item name, like to find gold necklace type: help gold 4, then use the PageUp Key until you see gold necklace.
