Can someone please help me, I used the add perks cheat and added all perks but then it gives my weapons a big boost to like in the hundreds and sets all my armor on 0 is this suppose to happen or is it a mistake from using the perks cheats ???
The only way to it seems to reduce your bounty if it is too high and guards attack you on sight, is to use the harmony magic scroll/spell and then talk to them, and maybe you can pay off your fine. Although if you broke out of jail with the forsworn, I don't think you can get rid of your bounty, as it is a story plot event and can't be undone.
Bugged-Quest I Seem to have a ''BUGGED'' Quest, ''First Lessons''@the The College of Winterhold using the ''Lesser Ward'' spell. as i have it aleady i can't complete the quest i have started ''First Lessons'' Tulfor asks me do i know abnt ward spell and asks me to use it.my answer is supost to be ''i dont have it'' but coz i do... only answers i can give are: 1: yes i have it but never really used it. 2: yes i have it and know how to use it. Both answers just BUG the quest. he stands there n does nothing! and when i try to use LESSER WARD nothing hapens. Can't complete the quest.
i have ALL perks. i have even tried Removing Restoration but nothing is working. Guess i just can't carry that quest on. Anybody else had this issue? or maybe know of some fix?

Cheers dude. i'll just go do other quests and come bk to that some time later in a hope theres a CURE to it. PS: i only went their in hope to get J'zango to be a companion! as i wanted a mage with me. Don't supose anyone knows how i ''LOWER'' my damage? its nice to kill things! but to ''1 HIT KILL'' is not really my idea of fun. i enjoy fighting and would like to actualy enjoy the fight a bit more than 1 smack n there dead. is this down to the ''Player Level'' ?

No bug, the area you have to stand on is just not well defined in his instructions and the 'hit area' to trigger his action is very small.
im stood facing him on the Designated MARK a ''grey Arrow'' appears on like a ring on the floor directly infront of him. that's where im stood. i halso watched a couple vids on you tube to see the location and from what i can tell im doing exactly that.
