Make sure you have around 7-8 perkpoints (using the guide in this thread on page 15 or 16). Make a search, use a point and make a search again, until it finds the right value. Now, don't go above 200, as it did crazy stuff to my game (couldn't save)
Hey bro, I don't know about that. The Tilde key, right below your ESC key, contains one of these symbols ~ and a little backwards Apostrophe under it ` that's generally the console command shortcut key for many many games. I have the steam version, and I did not have to do anything to the game files to get the console to work. Come to think of it, I don't think I had to do anything to any of Bethesda's games for the console command to work with the Tilde key. I wouldn't know where to find that file at bud, but it would probably be a .ini file somewhere. If you do find any of them in your game directory (I hate the way steam stores their games in their "special file/folder structure" - I wish they would make it more intuitive and accessible) right under steam's 'directories of death by confusion', make a backup and get to it, clobbering their dumbness with your fingers rat-a-tat-tapping on your keyboard of DOOM! *Cough* Errhmm, I mean, modding the .ini file to make console editing work Sorry I couldn't be much more help Good luck brah!
btw for perk points just abuse a glitch when you train a skill from a person then you only need money console code and you can get it all the way to 90 on the skills... the rest would be easy just 10 to lvl on your own..
