Is there any way to increase your skills by a value and have it increase your level other than player.incpcs whatever. In oblivion you used to able to use modpcs but that doesent to work on this engine.
Would someone be so kind and PM me how to enable the console commands. and a link i can see a list of commands to use. Thanks alot.

ok since all old commands work what is the test hall is it coc testinghall or like morrowind is toddstest the superior room?
