Numpad 1: Unlimited Health - turn this on and your character has unlimited health.
Numpad 2: Unlimited Ammo - some weapons will run out of ammo. Turn this on and while firing that gun it will never run out of ammo.
Numpad 3: No Reload - some weapons require you to reload after several shots. Turn this on to allow unlimited firing without reloading.
Numpad 4: Level Up - this will increase your character's level. Doing this will NOT increase the XP associated with leveling up nor will it auto unlock the items that come with levelling up. You may have to earn real XP and/or increase the XP until you can see that you have some 'legit' XP in the XP bar in the notebook for this to unlock items, etc. You need to look at the XP bar in the notebook in the Intuition section before you use this option.
Numpad 5: Level Down - this will increase your character's level. Doing this will NOT decrease the XP associated with leveling up nor will it auto unlock the items that come with levelling up. You may have to earn real XP and/or decrease the XP until you can see that you have some 'legit' XP in the XP bar in the notebook for this to unlock items, etc. You need to look at the XP bar in the notebook in the Intuition section before you use this option.

Numpad 7: Subtract XP - this will increase your XP by 5. If the bar is full then you may have to earn some legit XP before the level actually decreases and unlocks items. You need to look at the XP bar in the notebook in the Intuition section before you use this option.
Numpad 8: 5 Intuition - make sure to enter the notebook and look at your intuition. You need to look at the XP bar in the notebook in the Intuition section before you use this option.
Numpad 9: No Vehicle Damage - this turns off the vehicle damage detection for ALL vehicles in the game. This way you can speed along to destinations without having to worry about smashing your car all up and it becoming inoperable. Some missions and events may REQUIRE damage, so this is best left off unless you are travelling around to destinations. Also note that the game has dialogue based on the fact that you are in vehicles. It may be best to enter the vehicle, listen to the dialogue FIRST, then once you are sure that there is no more talking or dialogue, toggle this ON and then drive. Turn OFF when not needed.
Numpad 0: Freeze Movement - this will freeze all NON-PLAYER characters in place who are ON FOOT. This may allow you to get behind fleeing suspects and then freeze them and then aim at them so you can fire warning shots and capture them, etc.

the XP bar is between the current level you are at and the next level you are trying to get to. if you have earned no XP for the current level, then it won't have anything in it. if you are part of the way towards the next level, then the bar will be partially filled in.
you don't need xp for the intuition option to work.
I think the Intuition option don't work. I always activate it in the "Intuition" screen with the XP bar, but nothing happens. The other options from the trainer work perfectly.
