Please ensure that you are reading the instructions in the NFO file:
Press this before entering a gene bank or before you enter a Garden and all your slots will unlock. You can press this at any time to unlock them but you will not notice it until you enter the mentioned areas.

I did press it b4 entering a gene bank its its still locked not working pressing the / button all the time it wont open....

I take it that this will not be fixed? The Plasmids feature also doesn't work. I did indeed follow the instructions as well.
