    Hello,

I know that BF3 game has problems, but all games do and ignore them and focus on the topic!

Okay this chat has been going on a long time as we all know.

The fued between these games is going on way to long, and my question is why?

    MW3 gameplay: www.youtube.com/watch?v=5wLji8_gT-A

Now if I am not the only one, but does that look the same as all the other cod games, as we all know it uses the same engine, the only difference I've noticed with this game is different weapons, different locations/ maps, an different perks/ upgrades. That is is.

It is proper annoying about how people compare these games, when COD games all use the same engine, with the same style of game, point and shoot.

You think about COD gameplay, you can stand up really fast, scope in headshot and run off in under 5seconds. Is that real? Same as jumping and shooting, same as annoying kids on the game, same as the age of people who play the game is something like 70% below the age of 18. Full of glitchers, cheaters and hackers who play the game.

Then there is Battlefield 3.... Infact, there are all the other Battlefield games.

Which are massively different to any other game. You got more weapons (Maybe) you got vehicles (Tanks, Jets, Boats, Jeeps, Spaceships, Bombers etc) it all depends on what BF game you are playing.

I am happy to play BF 2142 an enjoy the game way more than MW1 or 2.

BF games off alot more than any COD game put together.

I think COD beats BF in the sales because of the kids "I want, I want" approach and cannot cope with realism.

The way the character moves, the way things happen and the effect towards things.

Personally people saying COD is better than BF games proper makes me angry, because they are totally different.

I would put COD in the same catergory as.... L4D2, Pay: The Heist, Team Fortress 2, F3AR... They all have the same thing, it's all point and shoot and pull off impossible stuff..... Arcade games, which is what COD are.

BF has it's on section where no other game has come across, sorry. I lied. Homefront because it has vehicles, air and land and guns, but still fails to match...

Personally that is what I think, what do you all think about this?

So I am happy to say that Battlefield 3 should be voted as best FPS game of this century. Why else would COD hold off because of 2 things. 1. They are scared, and 2. They want to copy things from the BF3 game.

    So yeah.

    Much love to you all!

I own MW2, and it's not installed. Played a few hours and deleted it.

BF games all change, look at the range of games, BC2, BF2142, BF2, BF 1942 etc. The range is big, and the gameplay is something to be experience.

COD is...... same as pacman, you've played 1 once, no matter how many different versions they release, they are all the same.

i strongly disagree. here's y: BF series has always been primarily a MP experience and COD series has always been primarily a SP experience. comparison between the two is really like comparing a tomato with an onion. both have different USP's. both offer different experiences to different people.

Neither of those games offer a "realistic" experience of actual combat. Try the ARMA series or the Operation Flashpoint series...those are more realistic combat sims, not exactly spot on...but close. Anyone who thinks that CoD or BF offers a "realistic" experience is waaay out of touch. Just ask any of us who have experienced combat IRL.

I would say BF3 offers the most realistic experience compared to the both of the games... that's what we're talking about.

Arma is a boring game, WAY to many controls and gets confusing also extremely buggy I found. Deleted!

Also I hope you know we are on about "games" here not "Real life"

yea i agree. i found ARMA way too 'realistic' and boring. if we wanted realism we'd join the army. it isn't about realism...its about being entertained. and i truly enjoy both in their own way. both have something different to offer. qualitatively both r even. its their different approach to shooters that make them different offering different experiences.
