Thankyou for your quick reply.

I did the things you requested (disabling add-ons, removing anti-virus, etc) and it didn't help. How do I proceed from here?

I just tested the link and it worked fine. Something on your PC is blocking or interfering with it. You'll have to figure out what that is.

Have you tried another web browser? Firefox, Chrome, IE?

Clear your internet cache. You can use the CCleaner program to accomplish this easily if you don't know how to perform that action within your browser.
