I've got 2 questions for the staff here, unless anyone else knows.
1. What are the ranks below the name, and where can I find a list of them? I see mine says "Elite" what does this mean etc.
2. When I brought a 3 year license here, I selected the free lifetime upgrade, and some reason. My account says "exp 8/19/2014 [renew]"
Why does it say that if I brought the lifetime service?
I won't be repaying another load again because I selected it, and happy to stay with it.
I do love this website, it's the only place I come to use for anything so yeah.
Staff here are helpful and make amazing kit, and the best thing is it's customised for you, and for unlimited members so not random people can download them. LOVE!!!
Well, to answer question 1, Link - check out "2) Basic status ranks". Elite means you've been signed up for at least 5 years and is currently the highest user rank. So, congrats! As for question 2, I think you'll have to wait for a founder to answer that, as moderators don't have access to account unlimited statuses. It won't take long, I promise.
