Battlefield 3 Message Board  

Has anyone else noticed the savegame folder has a screenshot sub-folder but F12 and Print Screen don't save SS?? Anyone know how to get a screenshot without Xfire or Fraps?

I would try F8 that sometimes works in other games. Otherwise no clue, i searched google for a good 15 minutes, couldnt find the control key table.

why not hit print screen and paste it...

As it turns out there just isn't a command in the game.. The devs decided not to include a key-bind for taking Screen's in-game..

Sooooooo... I got a program who's sole purpose is taking vids and screens in-game.

As for the whole Prt Scr button theory.... I take a LOT of screens, that is not only impractical but depending on what your using, ie DX9, DX10, DX11 etc and how your graphics setup is that would likely just end up being a black screen the size of the game window...

i know that ea was flooded with screen shots being emailed to them on hackers (bc2), so they probably thought a break was in order.
