at last it's working for me. during gameplay, pause the game, hit Alt-Tab to your trainer and pressed F1 a few times and it's activated. Hope this will help for the rest of you guys

I have the digital download version of the game (purchased from EA Origin) and the trainer didn't seem to be working, despite that been playing for several hours, absolutely loved this game.
