Okay Everyone, they have released an update. If you right click on the BF3 link in Origin iand click on Repair, it will update the game. The game is much better now.
I got the trainer to work just fine if you turn it on as you are launching the Campaign. All features work fine.
at last it's working for me. during gameplay, pause the game, hit Alt-Tab to your trainer and pressed F1 a few times and it's activated. Hope this will help for the rest of you guys

Yes....Origin. Once you have repaired it and uploaded the game update...try relaunching the Campaign...with your CH Cheat ready to go... I actually turn my on (hit F1) as it is loading the game. Others are using Alt-Tab to launch the Trainer while in the game. It works fine for me.
