I guess steam did an update, because now the game crashes immediately upon pressing F1 to activate the trainer.

This was at 8:12pm CST on 8-24-12.

Right, updated Payday version is 1.14.0.
But if you stopped Steam updates, Payday version 1.13.6 still works fine
