Please check with the trainer troubleshooting guide. "Trainer not working" is caused by many things and seeing that you have not given any detailed information about where the point of failure was or any error codes that were generated or any information about the crash recorded in the event log or your steps exactly or what other 3rd party programs you have running in the background and a multitude of other things, there is nothing we can do to help you.
