There's a few easter eggs in this game, I've only ran into the two posted so far. My favorite is the Wolfenstein easter egg where you find a door in that first base you explore, that ghost tribe, and you even find a golden 2-d chalice which you can apparently sell, the place looks just like a scene from Wolfenstein 3D, all those rooms they had. xD

EDIT: The other easter egg being from the show breaking bad, a show I don't watch so it doesn't really matter to me.

Fallout 3/New Vegas Vault Boy figure that i've found from Wellsprings mayor's office.

Boeing logo (or similar looking)

The Doom Man on Hagars buggy.

I didn't see the Boeing logo or the Quake 2 thing but I did get that vault boy bobble head and saw the doom one, but I /did/ see in that monster show guys office, one of his monitors cycled between the iD logo of a scan of a human brain as well as it saying iD, it's a monitor on the top left.

The swamp guy has a Doom 3 shirt on.

Guy in second chance at the table (the bar in wellspring) is reading the Doom comic.
