dont really need a cert option. As someone said in another thread here, just use the mega items option after killing some bandit cars and getting skulls. Then turn the skulls into sally to get a bunch of certs.
To anyone having a hard time getting vehicle tokens, racing isn't the only way to get them. If you get weapons for your car you can start destroying bandits cars out in the wasteland, then in your inventory for each kill you will have a sort of skull, you can use the mega items trainer option to get 99 items in your inventory and it /will/ affect those skulls.
Turn in the 99 or so skulls, and for each skull you get one token to redeem for car upgrades, this process is repeatable and every time you exit to the wastelands there will be more bandits out there, so you can just get 99, go back out to collect a skull.. use the trainer and get another 99 quickly. I used this to quickly trick out my cars.
This is awesome, thanks. Just one questions - where do you convert the skulls at? A garage, or a regular vendor?
I've killed at least 20 cars and all I got was a blue and white gastank looking thing. I have seen no skulls anywhere. Now are you suposed to ram them with your car or are you to get out of your car and then shoot them? I've been raming them with my car.
I've run into some problems with the Mega Items option, it's giving me 99 of certain job items that there are only supposed to be 1 of, it's causing the game to crash each time I try and load a new area because I have more then I'm supposed to. The ones that this has happened to me so far are: The buggy parts, and a Key card.
