Chuggalug, and do a double back flip. I just got my trainer to work using one of the oldest ways to get around a patch. I'm running windows 7 64bit. Nvidia 230M Graphics with the latest "BETA" card drivers in a HP Laptop. WITHOUT starting the trainer, start the game and let it progress until you reach your in-game save point. Hitting the Windows button doesn't work to get you back to your desk top. Neither does pressing any combination of keys 'Except', 'CTRL-ALT-DELETE to bring up the task manager. Leave the task manager alone and go ahead and start the trainer. Cancel the task manager, drop down to the bottom of the page and click on the 'Rage' symbol. When you are back in the game, Press F1 and you will hear 'activated'. At first the trainer keys didn't work. But if you slowly go through the 1-9 buttons and hold them down for a bit, suddenly everything works and you will hear activated on each button. Never had any problems with freezes or hang ups when changing scenes. I believe that is due to my LATEST nvida BETA drivers. Hope some of you gamers can use this.
I will give it a shot and let you know, im running a 460GTX OC, gonna try that out now.

Sorry to say that I didn't have as much luck as you, froze on me twice in about 15 minutes of playing.. Works fine without the trainer.. Sigh..
I'm running ATI aswell but now the game runs absolutely perfect, I'm gona say its half due to fact i just swapped to 64 bit and also half to the part where i just googled rage drivers and i found and ATI patch for rage and it wasnt the beta drivers update, i have no random things glitching the landscape now.
the link i used support.amd.com/us/kbarticles/Pages/GPU121AMDCatRagePerfDriver.aspx
but yes sadly the trainer still crashes the game only when you enter a new area tho if ive been to that place before then no
I've found this trainer causes all kinds in game problems. For ex. when you enter a location you get CDT. If you save in game it becomes corrupted. can any one confirm this?
