We're currently only supporting the STEAM version of the game.
Hi, i have also purchased a retail version, i have just to download the last patch (R10) and i'm a little bit disapointed about the fact that you only support now steam versions, is there any technical reason to explain this fact ? or maybe another reason ? For those who paid à premium member account, it cas be strange to read same thing without any explanations.
I have avoided STEAM like the plague, ever since it took 6 months (and a LOT of email correspondence) for them to let me play my bought and paid for hard copy of The Orange Box, because THEY made a mess of the registration keys. Their customer service was at first non-responsive to my inquiries, then rude and suspicious when they finally bothered to respond and extremely slow to solve the issue once they promised to deal with it. 6 months they blocked me from using my own rightful property!
In my opinion, STEAM was made in Hell by Satan himself.
