With time and evolution of one's life, other aspects become prime - such as work, friends, outdoor activities, etc. And when that happens, you won't be compelled to waste hours in front of a screen, virtually attempting to live. To conclude, due to aforementioned aspects, trainers help speed up the process of finishing a game and are MOST welcome for those who love the story behind a game, rather than the - at some point, repetitive - gameplay.
I agree with SunBeam! I also use trainers, and still enjoy the game.

I like trainers for that exact reason as SunBeam, sometimes (I play RTS mostly) I just want the battle not the 20 minutes of building a base and then waiting for your forces to build up and most of the time the CPU has faster build times anyway so when you think about it it evens it out me having cheats. Company of heroes is a great example (with the Blitzkrieg Mod) all I have to do is place, build, wait 5 minutes and then the TANK battles begin LOVE IT!!!
ok so if it's an online game (Battlenet) and you use a trainer would get you banned as well after all you can't play without logging into Battlenet and using trainers in Diablo3 is the same as hacking, and it's going to get your account banned.
Sorry to contradict you,but piracy and hacking have never been so well... as I always said, the more security measure you have, the more hackers you got, especially with a game like Diablo 3. In all of this, the victims are sites like CheatHappens and their members. I mean your trainer for D3 is great given the circumstances, but it's not what I'm accustomed... like unlimited life,xp,mana and so... It might be the end of honest trainers makers like CH if every videogames companies are following the same way but not of piracy and hack. It's a real shame such game like Diablo 3 to be in hand of motherf... like Blizzard!
I just wanted to thank you all for convincing me not to buy Diablo 3. I did want to use cheats or trainers to play off line single player mode. With this forum post and some other sites I've come to realize that functionality doesn't Exit. There is no such thing as offline mode. I was just about to buy it today before I did my research. I would have been really steamed if I got banned after putting my time into the game.
Finally I don't like games that force you to be online all the time. My Internet is sometimes crappy and I don't want to be booted every 5min. I might have to give up on PC games.
