Hi.i cant download any trainers when i click the download button it starts saying "Your download is being customized for you, please wait..." and it stays that way i does nothing.
oh and i just bought the 3year membership and it worked fine then i saw the lifetime offer and i bought again the 3year mem. to get the lifetime offer.and since then i cant download trainers.
please help.

clear your cache and cookies. disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. disable browser addons. try different browser.
