i might have a work around for the 9999999999 problem for campaign mode: when you start a mission a dialog box will appear while it is up (DON'T CLICK OK) use the trainer (i.e. Num1) but make sure that you have not highlighted/selected any building in the background. every time i use the trainer in this method everything is ok and building prices are normal
I have been having this issue as well, I have tried restarting the game and trainer - as well as activating the cheat during the pop up at the start of each mission (I even tried during the intro video.) But regardless of what I try I have no luck . Anyone have any proven suggestions? Or more proven I should say.
