Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I have recently tried to use the trainer custoemizer and it was working and then all of a sudden...it started to glitch to a point to where i have to go through Windows Task Manager just to shut it off. It seems to be stuck on the value of 255 and in addition to that...the 255 value...is flashing really quickly. Does anyone know what is going on?
I am using Windows 7...not sure if that really matters though.

Check the troubleshooting guide first. Make sure to go through every single step. You must post a detailed outline (and I mean detailed) of every step in the troubleshooting process so we can help further.

I think you must have miss-read my post. I am talking about the trainer customizer (the thing allows you to change the key configuration on a trainer) not the trainer itself. And as far as i know....there is no "Troubling Shooting Guide" for the Trainer Customizer itself.

Oh my apologies. Someone who works on that will probably be able to help you better.

Has this problem been fixed for you? Im trying to get the customizer to work but am having no luck. Ive downloaded the thing dozens of times and run it as administrator but still get that flashing 225 on the screen. have you managed to get it to work?
Any help would be appreciated.

It seems like a lot of people are having this same problem. As a paying member, I currently am not able to use anything I paid for, since I am on a laptop and cannot use any trainers that involve a numpad.

Could someone at least look into this and try to find a solution?
