There is not a single president of the US that has had massive amounts of criticism and hatred while in office.
Most people know president Lincoln and praise him for freeing the slaves, but he was considered extremely controversial and hated by lots of people while he was in office.
EDIT: This is a joke list. If you put Obama above people like Hitler and Stalin, it's painfully obvious that they failed History class miserably.
