And once again, the infamous soundloop problem reoccurs. Been using the trainer side by side with the Dead Island Helper for a couple of weeks with no problems, and today it just couldn't help itself. Started looping ACTIVATED DEACTIVATED and moved my player around in loops by itself.
This used to happen to me in Crysis 2 as well. A pc restart was the only way to fix it, and it often happened before on XP, before I upgraded to Windows7. I've also added an exception to my AV so the trainer is free to run, as well as running it as admin in W7.
The trainer creators obviously miss something when they make the latest trainers, and other people report it as well. It's the trainer, not the computer.
i have bought the game in retail updated it through steam and am using the current trainer to date and still nothing i press F1 at the main menu but there is no "Activated" sound nothing works and i'm using the 1.2.0 trainer for the 1.2.0 game can someone help please?
@Greatest_Day -- If the trainer was to blame for your sound-looping issue then it would be experienced by EVERY PERSON ON EVERY TRAINER. That is not the case. It is experienced by a very small number of people and is caused by some piece of software on your system interfering with the trainer's ability to inject into the game. Most likely AV, firewall or other security software, OS permissions or sound drivers/codecs that need to be updated.
So, stop trying to push blame onto us for your inability to properly troubleshoot your own PC issues.
