Uh, let me note? I didn't say the past lover he dreamed about wasn't Megan. I just said he was dreaming of a past lover. Even if it /was/ Megan he dreamed of, they had broken up by the time the game starts, which is obvious. To be honest, I can't tell if it's her or not. She looks a little similar in the face I think, and sounds a little like her, but she has blonde hair it looks like while Megan has brown hair.
Anyways, yeah. She was taken and thought to be dead, Darrows had her working on augmentations, a new brain chip that they had that Chinese ladies company sell. Yes, her name escapes me at the time. xD
No no. I was not saying you said it was Megan. I was just saying I do not think that lass is Megan although to think of it now there is not really enough to go with to deduce who it really is. It could be Megan or some one else maybe Malik. Maybes.
SPOILER: Adam was made in a lab to be one or two steps ahead of humanity in evolution, quite by accident Megan discovered that Adam's body wouldn't reject augmentation and so his DNA was the key to making universal augmentations a possiblity.
Anyways, he was sort of dreaming about a past lover in those scenes when he was getting the augment surgeries. Anyways, I didn't really notice any hints about that in the comic? I'd love for him to be close to Malik though, she was awesome.
Oh yeah I remember those images in that part. Am actually wondering who that is. Cause I do not think its Reed unless she be blonde at that time.

See... Like you I don't think Megan was the woman in that scene when he was being augmented. It would be interesting if it was someone who was actually there at the time instead of some former lover far removed.
Still, like some of the others mentioned, Malik seemed to be not only interested but worthy. "I got your back Adam" infers more than just a passing interest or company loyalty. I was sorry to see her removed from the story line... indeed, I always try to rescue her, though to no avail. Sigh! Maybe one day I will kill all those louts and the robot BEFORE they set the plane on fire. I keep trying though. And yet, she didn't look completely chopped up when he finds her later in the facility. (You did find her too didn't you?). So maybe they can resurrect her at some time, make her blonde, and fill in the gap from the augmentation cutscene. That would be good! They would have to say she had a fake mole on her lip though, when she was his pilot, just to keep him from remembering her from the operating room. Perhaps the mole could be an augmentation of some kind, like a receiver or something to integrate her more fully with the plane. I didn't remember a mole on the blonde from that scene. One way or the other, blonde Malik, another blonde woman entirely, or a resurrected dark haired Malik, I look forward to Adam getting a love interest to complete his personality in the series. They don't have to have "sex scenes" to make it interesting, but a woman in his life might be his way back to feeling human again. Just my thoughts.
