Hello traveler! Some Users can't get the trainer to work with the newest Version and all DLC. Same as me... So ive digged a little bit through the internet and found something. The first thing is the invincibility. This is a very easy task:
On Windows 7 (dont know for other OS) the game creates a folder in "Documents\My Games". There is as well the "WillowGame" folder and a file named "WillowGame.ini". Open it with Windows Editor and search for the string "bDemiGodMode=false" and change it to "bDemiGodMode=true". Now you are invincible. Dont get panic when you loose shield and health, health will stop at 1.
The other thing is for complete editing of your character, exept stats like strength or what they use for calculating damage etc. For this you can check out

There is an complete modding guide for you which show you a tool named WillowTree. This tool can be used to edit existing weapons in your inventory. As well it can give you as many inventory slots as you wish. It can adjust your weapons to your level, so you can pick up all weapons you find and adjust it to your level in just two clicks. You can create the weapon that you ever wanted. But you have to know that it "only" creates weapons out of the pool of components given by borderlands, so you should read the modding page mentioned above.

EDIT: Because of editing a file or modifying your char and weaps no more Steamachievements are granted. This you should have in mind.
Useful to know as was going to check out some of these editing guides but didn't want to loose out on achievements as I have quite a lot left. The trainers here keeps crashing every 20mins (tried the solutions) so any other ideas to help me get through the thunderdome without keep dying?

You can edit level and this will make it very easy to just rush thrue the game for the first playthrue. For the second all missions will scale to you level, after you kill the Vault boss, and be rather hard at times after this.
So Im still hoping that the Trainer will get an update, but understand that this "anti cheat" thing the Cheathappens devs off..
on your comment about borderlands 1 yes the run time error is what you might call a very low end anti cheat that happens more with the steam version of the game as opposed to the retail
How is this invincible editing trick working out for people please? Only interest is not dying.
I'll be waiting some time for 2's price to drop off when it comes out. Is the GOTY DLCs worth the extra $$ on Steam?

Borderlands player from the release - tired of CD in drive, didn't have 2 of the 4 DLCs, so for $30 I got STEAM GOTY and love it; only I'd forgotten what it was like to die in the game... Characters from the CD version were auto-ported over to STEAM! I tried going back and forth between the two and it worked except the video config kept resetting. The two DLCs I did not have would have been $20, so the entire lot for $30 is a bargain, and you then have it "forever" through STEAM. I'm off to try the above editing on the STEAM version. It's the not dying I miss, but I like have millions of dollars so I can freely test the weapons and stuff and just throw them away if I don't like them; I've played through so many times now, it's not winning that interests me, just the fun of the game, and the Hunter character. The new Ninja CL4P -TP mod is worth the price alone! Enjoy.
