The game version is shown in the lower Right side of the Main menu, make sure you have the correct trainer version. The sound queue "activated" occurs when the trainer is already in the code of the game and you executed a option.

I am getting a error of Disc error while reading file BIGFILE.000 I ran the game fine with the trainer before worked great. I have win visa ult 64 bit. Game freezes when loading a save or continue.
Trainers do not affect physical files. They only maipulate memory addresses. You may want to run chkdsk or perform a file integrity check. Don't remember off hand the steps involved but google can help.
Disk errors are usually signs of at worst a dying hard drive but more frequently, and also much less threatening, a possible mis write of the file involved.
I haven't read all 40 pages of this topic so I don't know if this is an isolated problem, but is it known why you get 999 of some items when the Mega Item or No Reload code is used and others have no effect? I seem to have a very hard time keeping grenades and mines in my inventory since they don’t to be effected by the trainer. Rarely I can pick a new one up and it will work but if it doesn't work the first time on the item it never will. Is there a chance that another trainer option can be added to work only on one item when it is selected? Or have a clone item ability?
Also the No Reload code only works with some weapons. The weapons I have that are stock work fine, but if they have been modded the code doesn’t work. I think the ammo and reload upgrades are to blame. Is that a fixable issue?
