As already asked, would it be possible for you to make a trainer for the 1.0.618.8 version of the game please?
I think it's the original (not patched) version of the game.

Why would you want the unpatched version? Just let Steam update to the latest version, because todays patch decreases the load times significantly. The game loads much much faster now. The patch claims a 50% decrease in most cases. For me, the game loads almost instantly now.
I didn't get the flicker issue myself. I also don't have a Fire Wall, or anti-virus running. I don't use that stuff, it just gets in the way. I dunno, it's a weird bug, but it doesn't prevent it from working, at least not for me.
Never assume that any one trainer will behave like any other. We use different security templates all the time and this particular trainer is different than just about every other one we have made in order to make it compatible with how the game scans itself. Something on your PC that didn't block normal injection could be blocking or interfering with this one.

You can never assume one trainer behaves in a similar manner to another, even from one version of the game trainer to another version could behave differently due to coding updates and such.

The trainer worked flawless until this morning only small issue during loading the cheats deactivates. I did notice steam updated the game today a 12. MB update. And now the trainer does open activates the trainer but the cheats do not work.
