The only problem I have been getting after playing for hours is some random crashes. Do NOT forget to save regularly! I guess this is expected though on the first day it's released.

Can't find any cheats yet. Tried looking for data files but the only one with game content was XML and I have no idea what to do there.

Still fun kicking tail and drinking grog!

just been usign CoSMOS to give myself tonnes of money, blueprints, herbs, grog, toolboxes etc. Ive only been palyign for 15 misn, and ive already go the 36 gun ship with full upgrades

I had to give up... Game is fun as hell, but It crashes every 5-10 min it seems.

haha yeah I know what you mean. Don't try windowed mode, it only makes it worse. I have a decent set up and it still seems like a power struggle at times. Maybe its just Windows 7? My cousin on XP hasn't had a single crash yet.

Yah, I think the random crashes could be happening because I have windows 7 64 bit OS and I run it in windowed, and it seems to only happen at sea, never on land. My guess is that it's a bug that involves directx and how it draws things in the water.
I hate the fact that the developers made it so that you can't save while your on land, which is crazy.

The game used to crash very often until I updated directx9 with latest dxsetup and ran it in compatibility XP SP3, and so far there isn't a single crash in 3+ hours (windowed mode on windows 7 x64). If you experienced crashes, try them and see.

im wishing theres a trainer for this game,i would pay for that~

the solution to the crashing is to turn off vsync, its on by default. I was crashing every 5 misn or so, now i havnt crashed in over 2 hrs
