Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi all,

today I bought SANCTUM at STEAM, date last update is 5th July 2011. I also downloaded Trainer V1.2.8056. The Trainer says "activate" typing F1 and Numpad 1-4, but nothing happens. The promotrainer I checked before, worked - very strange.

I check the troubleshooting page but there was nothing helpfull.
Looking forward and thanks for support.

disable/uninstall all AV, firewall and other security software. Right click, run game and trainer as ADMIN.

Thanks for fast support.
Did them all, it does not work.
But: Starting Trainer, starting Sanctum, activating Trainer, playing level ->Trainer does'nt work.
Then: Restart Level -> Trainer works.

Any Idea why

Might work best when you are actually in game rather than activating at the main menu?

Hi DABhand,

I activate the Trainer in build phase. I press F1 and after sound I press Num1 and build a block. Nothing happens.
Then I klick ESC and restart-level.
In build phase, I press Num1 and build a block - in that moment the Resoource increase huge !

Ok if it's not working that way, I assume you have also tried to use F1 to activate the trainer on the main menu of the game first?
