Right click mouse button on the trainer and goto run as administrator from the popup.
Alternatively...
Goto Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Turn of UAC (bottom option) and after a possible restart everything is now running in Admin mode and you no longer get those annoying "Are you sure you wanna run this?" popups.
