More and more of the new trainers with the advertisment at the left botton, has a problem.

It occures not all the time:
Start the trainer, everything write.
Trainer gets authentification
Advertisment (about new trainers= get loaded and as soon as this is visible, the rest of the trainer is invisible.
Kill with Taskmanager is the only option to quit.

on one day it occures never, on an other day 19 times of 20 starts.

Very uncool. Can you not give the option with a regkey to set "no advertisment for new trainer"?

Sorry, but no. You'll need to figure out what on your system is interfering with the trainer. Most likely some sort of AV, firewall or other security software.

You probably need to reset IE since part of the rendering is done on IE's engine. Use disk cleanup and/or ccleaner to clean out all the cache. Then reset Internet Explorer to all defaults (Windows Control Panel > Internet Options > Advanced Tab > Reset IE button).

You can also try running Microsoft Update (not just Windows Update) to see if you're missing some stuff that should be on your computer.
