My 16yr old son signed up for this site, he has access to my paypal information because I trusted him, but he did not ask to spend 40 dollars to get cheats for a game. Is there anyway to close this account and get a refund, I know I can do it via paypal but I'd rather do it this way as its more honest.
Sorry, but refunds are not offered after personalized software has been downloaded. You trusted your son to your PayPal account and thus must take responsibility for his purchases. PayPal will also not refund the payment as you have already admitted to voluntarily giving your son access to the account.
