Sorry guys but unfortunately the newist trainer does not work on the Retail version at all so we need a new trainer for that in addition to the new Steam 1.1.0.1 trainer.
Anyone else having GFWL logging in issues? All the other GFWL games I have login fine, as does the marketplace program but this one seems not to work and the firewall seems to think it is getting changed each time I start it up and needing internet access... Shouldn't be an issue though since it's listed as full access and "always allow" under McAfee's permissions.
Anyway, I am still getting achievements and the full roster, only the GFWL online features seem to not be working. Though, this is just the game/firewall issue since I haven't even used the trainer yet. Just wondering if it's the game or something else since my settings work fine with the rest of these GFWL games at least, as of last Christmas anyway.
Oh well, I just upgraded my Live program to the latest release, hopefully that will fix it next time I play. Though, both the adding product key and game update worked after installing.
EDIT: I am assuming the guy we had do some network work here months ago must have made some changes to the router. it has a new user name setup to it, luckily which he had written a note of and had to re-enable UPnP and Multicast Filtering. The only problem now is it only works with the firewall turned off. Kind of weird still though since it has full access. Anyway, guess I'll keep tinkering with it until it actually works with it on since that will be the only way I'll ever log on the internet with all the viruses and whatnot floating around.
