OK, so these are my specs:
Intel Core-i7 960 @ 3.2 GHz
Asus P6X58D-E MB
Asus ENGTX560 Ti 1 GB (minimum 12V current rating of 30A)
Thermaltake 700W PSU (+12V1 max is 30A and +12V2 max is 22A)

Automatic rebooting only happens when playing games with high graphics for about 5 minutes (sometimes less), although the temps are good. These are the averages before the reboot:
CPU: 45 C
MB: 54 C
GPU: 60 C
PSU: 40 C

I actually see that there's no problem, unless there's a safety measure of overheating (if so then damn, Asus needs to change their parameters)?? Or can it be the +12V rail??

I have this problem with certain games (strangely I have it with Neverwinter Nights 2, but The Witcher 2 I can play for hours with max settings; I can only assume it's due to the programming of the game), but it's due to my GPU overheating @ about 110 C. I know different hardware have different thresholds for temperature, but the ones you posted seem tame.

The only other thing is if possible, borrow a PSU from a friend and test it out with that (doesn't hurt to take everything apart and clean things thoroughly if you're desperate for something to do. Just in case).

You can also download a demo of/buy PCMark/3DMark so you can test components individually under stress.

IMHO, it's either voltage or a bug in your windows. This happened a week ago to my rig, formatted, working fine 'till now. but I didn't back up files before though, Hope that's not your case.

are you overclocking something ? because that is the only reason i can come to mind of rebooting... since my comp can get to 60-70 and still run games with no prob.. but it NEVER gets that high :P

so either turn of the auto reboot <_< or maybe its the PSU that is somehow is not working as it should be.

atleast set everything as default on your hardware so you are sure it aint overclocked and try again.

@ZS: I tried formatting several times. Still the same problem <_<

@EvilSpenZer: nope, nothing is overclocked. I'm sure :/

Check your fans, if your core temps are fine that doesn't mean that everything is well-cooled, any heated line could cause this, or anyother small component.
