Heya there , am new to cheathappens , i only knew the website 2 days ago and after some browsing i registered for a lifetime unlimited membership , but now i can't change my email at all , when i try to do so, it says that the new email is already registered to another account while am sure its not , coz its actually my main email and i only knew ur website 2 days ago. need help please to change it coz its my main email ..
problem is that it says that the email is already registered , but when i logout the forums and press " forgot my password " and write that email it says " the email isn't in our database " so thats very confusing , i mean how can it be already used and not in the database at the same time.
Sounds like a cookie problem, try disabling any anti-spam/spyware program running, clear your browser cookies/cache and try again after each test. I.e. disable anti-spam/spyware then try again, if no luck then try clearing the cookies/cache and try again.

i did try all of that but still doesnt work at all , i just hope that any admin/moderator can change it manually for me coz this is so important , its my main email which i use for everything , i only used the other email coz i thought that biling info must match user info so i cant keep my father's email here coz i wont be able to check it as i check mine , so please if any mod/admin can do it for me , i would be very thankfull
