Quick question, I was just about to purchase a yearly subscription at 34.95 USD - Im from the UK so did a convert into GBP and it comes out at 21.6084 GBP.
So why is my only payment option in GBP set at 25.00? where are you getting this additional 3.50 from?
I swift reply would be appreciated so I can continue with purchase

How are you attempting to pay for this transaction? If you're using Paypal and used a different exchange rate from another site, you have to understand that Paypal uses their own internal exchange rates that may be different than your source (in which case, you need to be directing your question to Paypal customer support as CHU does not have control over that).
Your bitterness, I will dispel

Direct payment via Debit card which does not incur any charges

There are conversion costs on our end that are factored into any non-USD payments.

Was it paid Direct Debit through PayPal?
It may be PayPal who added the surcharge of using that service, like a broker fee.
I don't think its a currency conversation issue, as £3.50 would be quite the large jump percentage wise.
EDIT: I stand corrected :P

You want me, as a consumer, to pay your inflated conversion rates?
Is that what your telling me?
Im not trying to be awkward here , im sat on the payment screen trying to work out just what you are charging me here before I proceed - and those rates of conversion are not accurate, least of all im making a direct payment via debit card

I think the cost Pwizard is talking about is for his bank services to be paid from one currency to another, some banks charge for that. Just like when you go into a post office or bank to change currency there is a surcharge..
£25 is still bloody good mate for a lifetime sub for as much trainers etc as you want.
What does an extra £3.50 get you these days anyways, Fish and Chips?
