When I use the maximum logistics option, all the home planets of my opponents also then suddenly have 1000 logistic slots. No other planets are affected. Their tactical slots are not affected by the maximum tactical option. Don't think any of the other options affect opponents, just the one. And no, I am not selecting my opponents planets when using the cheat. For one case, I played an entire game without selecting or mousing over the opponents planets when I realized they had a ridiculous amount of influence coming from their home planet. Sent a scout, and found that they had built like 70 propaganda modules, along with all 16 of the research bases and numerous other buildings (far more than they should). Tested it again on another game, activating the trainer, mousing over only my planet, activating the cheat, then shutting down the trainer before looking at my opponents home planets. Still the same problem, all opponents home planets have 1000 logistic slots. Again, only their home planets, none of their other planets and tactical slots aren't effected by the max tactical cheat. Has anyone else had this problem?

I have also determined that this phenomenon of effecting opponents home planets only happens when you use the cheat on your home planet, not any other planets that you acquire

Yes I have experienced this as well and have stopped using the trainer altogether because of it.

Thats because you are supposed to activate the option then highlight the planets etc you want to change and then deactivate that way NPC's don't benefit.
