Spoiler Alert: Read ay your own risk
The yellow Orb is when you first go to the city of Llyr, before you go through the first door. There is a character change crystal. Go left of it then look on the right wall, it's breakable. When you break the wall down, you will see a glowing plaque. Read and solve the puzzle, after you solve the puzzle, you will have to solve another puzzle, but make sure you explore after you solve the 2nd puzzle, there you will fight the last brother skeleton, after you beat him, make sure you pickup the yellow orb, I forgot to pick it up the 2nd time i played through
