Hey all i just got a question concerning the occasional crashes that i get while playing the game.
i'm using the trainer to 1) hasten my army construction, 2) build structures faster and 3) research faster. i usually have only those three options on. (though occasionally i do have the movement option on as well)
however, sometimes when i perform certain actions - such as attacking a city - my game just stops responding. now, i do have the latest version of the trainer. (obviously since i'm using the three options mentioned above w/o a problem)
but these crashes... are getting kinda annoying and i'm wondering if it's b/c certain trainer functions may cause a crash or if the game still needs more tweaking.
I honestly don't believe it's the trainer. I think it's just Steam updating the damn game too much, so don't be surprised if they update it again. I can't even seem to stop the updates myself
I was having the same problem a day or so ago. But it was a steam update that was causing the trainer to lock the game up. After I got the new updated trainer it solved all the problems though.
is there a possibility that by using certain functions, such as fast construction, fast research, etc. etc., it might screw up the game mechanics and therefore be the reason for crash? would i not see some of these problems if the trainer were off?

there could be... but I have tested the game without the trainer and it still crashed before i go into the actual field of battle. Though i was playing the game with the RADIUS unit mods.
So if someone else can verify it without any mods please post here. I'm not holding my breath though, my intuition is leaning towards steam patches.
now get the blue screen of death (system crashes) within 1 min of starting game, must be down the the latest patch as it happens without running the trainer.
its the game not the trainer, i cant even PLAY the game two minutes after starting playing it reboots my system. and creative studios DENY its any fault of theirs and claim its your (the player) computer that is broken, if my computer is broken would i be able to play for example crysis 2 without crashes? so yeah its the game.

dude it's definitely the game i get to the date of 1560 or 1557 or so and the game crashes each time trainer or no trainer it's the game man i have yet finished a domination campaign because of this i dunno if it's steam or creative assembly but it's really really bad we are all having this same problem it's def not the trainers fo sho...
