I feel like i should also mention, if i don't have the game open and press the F1 to activate i get the normal "trainer cannot find game" and the audio plays without issue and the trainer stays running. Going to try the clean boot

I'm pleased to announce that Neo7's clean boot suggestion did the trick. I just tested and i got no crash and all trainer options are functioning. Now i just need to switch the processes back on one by one and figure out what caused it. Thanks all for your time.
The disabled services were
NVIDIA Driver Helper Service PnkBstrA Steam Client Service NVIDIA Stereoscopic 3D Driver Service
My guess would be punkbuster. At least now i know how to restart to a boot that will let me use.
Again, thank you all for your time. Jeez what a pain.

Yeh, Punkbuster has been known to cause issues and is considered a "security application".

If you said you had punkbuster running at the start it would have saved a lot of time and effort
Punkbuster is very anti-trainer.. it keeps an eye on the integrity of a games' coding, any changes being made or trying to be made is stopped most of the time.
One way of defeating that is to have a trainer that is kinda hidden from punkbuster which also runs the game from the trainer so it becomes part of it. But that is a pain since PB gets updated regularly.
Oh and Don't forget some tuts on ASM and defeating DMA
