And I am seeking for the existence of a reason for it! From what i know, we have like 5 active Persian users, also more in past. Fortunately most of us use Anti-filter or VPN but some can't. So, I want to ask the Persian users to do something about this!

I can imagine that this would be very annoying. Armin might have the right idea, writing a letter, but it might not do much unless more people join in (I'm not really sure what things are like there though).
