I am in town rescued the dwarf and the bard but dont know what i am supposed to do lol any help?

You should already have an Quest activated, which is Indecent Purposal.

If you enter the Tavern as you been told, you will be on the way to start a 2nd Quest.

Press "J" for journal and you can read the quests there.
