I decided to try the trainer today, exited the game, grabbed trainer and set it up, then when I went to start up Terraria again it did an update... And now I can't get the trainer to work. Did the update break it or am I just doing it wrong?
I run trainer as administrator... Run Terraria... Load up my game... Hit escape to bring up inventory, run around a bit... Then press F1. It says trainer activated, but none of the codes work
Edit: Yeah just checked Steam news. There was a big patch JUST released. How lucky am I that they literally patched the game WHILE I was downloading the trainer O_O
I've been poking around trying to get this trainer to work for about an hour with no luck. Everything worked fine the day before yesterday. I deleted and downloaded a fresh copy of the trainer, uninstalled/reinstalled Terraria and still cannot get the trainer to work.
I hear the usual "Trainer Activated" and "Trainer cannot find game" several times, but the number keys never activate the cheats.
well theres been patch so the trainer wont work till its updated to work with the new version which i think should be fairly simple the separate link to an inventory editor works although the first link given is an old versio it auto update checks...
I understand that what appears to the trainer developer is not having any problems getting the old trainer to work with the new patched version of terraria. I'm not having any luck at all. I have even gone as far as to reinstall Windows 7. Maybe it's related to my running Windows 7 x64.
I don't think a new trainer is in the works. Does anyone have any ideas?
